Our hiring process

Phone Interview (15 minutes)

We have a quick chat to get to know you, your situation and what you’re looking for. This is also the place for you to get a feeling for who we are and how we work. If you’re close, we like to do this step in person as well.

Challenge (2-5 hours)

Depending on the role you applied for we will give you a short task representative of the work you would be doing at Virtual Staging AI.

Onsite Interview (1 hour)

Time to dive into specifics. What’s important to you? What are your career goals? Does that fit with the role and our expectations? Will you feel at home here? These are the types of questions to address in this step.

Meet the team (30 minutes)

The most important question about any job: who will I work with? You’ll get a chance to talk to your future team and see the company through their eyes.
