Refund Policy

We want you to be able to purchase a subscription for Virtual Staging AI with peace of mind that if it doesn't meet your needs after extensive testing of the software you can still cancel and get a full refund. Therefore we have set the following refund and cancellation policy in place.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You cancel your subscription within seven days of the initial purchase.
• You have used fewer than 10 input images to test and generate renders with our service.
• You request a refund within seven days of your initial purchase.

Should you exceed the image usage threshold or the seven-day period, cancellation of your subscription is still possible in line with the regular schedule of your chosen subscription term, be it monthly or yearly.
